Account Deletion Policy

Important:
This policy explains how users can request deletion of their account and associated data from our mobile application, in compliance with Google Play Store requirements.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

Users can request deletion of their account and all associated data by:

Email Request: Send an email to support@locad.net from your registered email address.
Use the subject: Account Deletion Request
Include your contact details.

Required Information

Please include the following in your deletion request email:

Your registered email address
Full name associated with the account
Phone number linked to the account
Reason for deletion (optional)

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion request, we will permanently remove:

Personal profile information such as name, email and phone number
Account credentials and authentication data
User-generated content and preferences
Location data and usage history
Campaign data and analytics associated with your account
Payment information and transaction history
Device information and app usage statistics

3. Data Retention Period

Processing Time

Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Please note:

Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes for up to 7 years
Anonymized analytics data may be retained for business intelligence
Data required for ongoing legal proceedings will be retained as required by law

4. What Happens After Deletion

Your account will be permanently deactivated
You will no longer be able to access our services using this account
Associated data will be irreversibly deleted from our systems
You may create a new account in the future if desired

5. Exceptions to Deletion

We may retain certain information if it is:

Required by applicable laws or regulations
Necessary for legal proceedings or investigations
Required for fraud prevention or security purposes
Part of anonymized datasets that cannot be linked back to you

6. Verification Process

To ensure account security, we may require:

Email verification from your registered email address
Additional identity verification for high-value accounts
Confirmation of the deletion request within 48 hours

Important

Account deletion cannot be undone.

Please ensure that you have backed up any important data before proceeding.

Before deleting your account, you may consider:
